Therapy dog Burbie visited Cooperstown Elementary School on Thursday, relaxing comfortably on the carpet while Mrs. Murray’s class gathered around to listen to a story about therapy dogs in our community.

Students were engaged and excited, asking thoughtful questions and learning how therapy dogs provide comfort, support and companionship to people in a variety of settings.
