Available for Download: 2026-2027 Student Parking and Senior Painted Parking Spot Forms

The 2026-2027 Student Parking and Senior Painted Parking Spot forms are now available!

Forms are attached to this post for download or can be picked up in the Main Office. Both forms must be completed and signed by a parent or guardian.

Completed forms can be scanned and emailed to ​shartmann@cooperstowncs.org or turned in to the Main Office between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday through ​Thursday.

Parking spots are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis upon form submission. All senior painted parking spots must be approved by Mrs. LaMondie prior to painting.

All Senior Painted Parking spots have now been claimed for the 2027 senior class.
